Currently my favorite side hustle challenge program is connect cloud research. Connect doesn't have a referral program, so I won't make any kind of bonus if you sign up with my link. There also might be a waiting list depending on your individual demographics, but I think it's worth getting on the list.
Connect works by connecting (err, get it?) researchers from both industry and academia with people who want to participate. Participants answer research questions and in exchange they get paid. I find this to be much more consistent than traditional survey sites in that I almost always have studies I qualify for, and I don't screen out.
Researchers usually have to manually approve submissions, so they studies will not pay out instantly and can take up to two weeks for funds to release, but if you have some time to grind while watching TV or waiting in the car for your kids, you can easily have a steady stream of money releasing. Look how much I've made!
